They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, along with the location was awesome, but it's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much with the home furnishings, etcetera.
